The production team reviewed their work and identified areas for improvement. They finished their preliminary task on time and met the requirements but need to improve timing accuracy and audio quality. Each member was evaluated critically: the writer lacked a prepared script, the presenter spoke too slowly, the comedian lacked humor, and the sound technician was not fully involved. To develop, the team agreed to improve communication and sharing of work. Individual action points were set for each member to work on, such as creating more detailed scripts, speaking faster, adding more humor, and accepting more team involvement. All members must reflect on these targets in a blog.
