The focus on the study was to assess the competency level of teachers in utilizing the learners’ information system in the five schools in Pasig. The study sought to assess the Learners Information System in all schools in Pasig II District with an end view of proposed intervention program to teachers that recommended improving the system. The study includes the instruments/tools, respondents and sampling technique and research design and questionnaires recorded and tally for statistical treatment.
The descriptive method used in the study selecting a problem, choosing a sample, selecting or developing instrument, determining procedures, collecting and analyzing data, and interpreting results.

The study investigated the relationship between workload and lecturers’ job satisfaction in Adekunle Ajasin University, Akungba Akoko, Ondo State. The descriptive research design of the survey type was employed. The sample of the study was 105 lecturers selected using multi-stage sampling technique across three faculties. Two research questions and three hypotheses were formulated to guide the study. A researcher-made questionnaire titled “Workload and Lecturers’ Job Satisfaction Questionnaire (WLJSQ)” was used to elicit information from the respondents. The instrument was validated by experts in Test and Measurement and the test re-test method was used for test reliability which yielded a reliability coefficient of 0.72. The findings of this study revealed: lecturers found conducting research, processing of results, marking of examination scripts and supervision of undergraduate projects most demanding and that lecturers’ job satisfaction was low in relations with the workload. Also, there is a significant relationship between marking of examination scripts and lecturers’ job satisfaction, supervision of research work and lecturers’ job satisfaction and there is a significant relationship between number of courses allocated and lecturers’ job satisfaction. It is hereby recommended that more lecturers should be recruited particularly in faculties with high student population in order to reduce excessive workload, while the number of students to be allocated to lecturers for project supervision should be reduced and the services of assistant lecturers should be employed to assist in the area of marking of scripts and supervision of undergraduate projects.

A visionary leadership of education has been currently transformed by mobile devices with educational purposes. These purposes lead to drastic changes that often occur with internal and formation structures of academic programs. These changes lead to prosperous students that are able to obtain these changes and modify their learning spectrum for a new era. Within the new era, careers and jobs are changing due to technical and financial advances that require these new skills. Mobile technology is the new face of education by a basis of relative institutions that believe in advances for career, educational, and personal purposes. These devices are created specifically for educational learning, such that more students are able to learn studies that they never could before. This will also help generate new students from locations the institution was not able to gain students from in the past. The purpose of this study is to engage topics about the virtual classroom and discuss a model that entices new possibilities that are in relative manner to measurements for academics. The focus will be based from research that is specifically centered for virtual learning. Areas of interest will be mainly distance learning, engineering virtual classrooms, modifying institutional programs, and marketing and enrollment procedures. These items will assure research that bases its methods on higher educational leaning set towards institutional awareness of advanced technology for academics. Dr. Kritsonis has considerable experience in chairing PhD dissertations and master thesis and has supervised practicums for teacher candidates, curriculum supervisors, central office personnel, principals, and superintendents. He also has experience in teaching in doctoral and masters programs in elementary and secondary education as well as educational leadership and supervision. He has earned the rank as professor at three universities in two states, including successful post-tenure reviews.
This study looked into effective integration of management information system (MIS) in secondary
schools in Awka Education Zone in Anambra State. The study was guided by three research questions and two
hypotheses tested at the 0.05 level of significance based on a descriptive survey research approach. The sampling
technique adopted was purposive type in order to focus on a determined specialized number of respondents. The
study’s sample size was 130 secondary school teachers. A researcher-created questionnaire was used to gather the
data. The tool was rigorously evaluated by two experts. When the instrument’s internal consistency was examined
using Cronbach’s alpha, a reliability value of 0.88 was found. A t-test was used to assess the hypotheses after
arithmetic mean and standard deviation scores were used to analyze the data. The findings demonstrated that
the MIS assists the school in managing tests, enrolments, and fees by providing different people with password
protection. The findings further revealed that MIS opportunities and needs should be identified and prioritized
according to educational objectives rather than technical criteria. In addition, there is no significant difference in the
male and female teachers’ knowledge about MIS in secondary schools. The implications of the study were drawn
and recommendations proffered.

Supporting the goal of higher education to produce graduation who will be a professional leader is a crucial. Most of universities implement intelligent information system (IIS) to support in achieving their vision and mission. One of the features of IIS is student performance prediction. By implementing data mining model in IIS, this feature could precisely predict the student’ grade for their enrolled subjects. Moreover, it can recognize at-risk students and allow top educational management to take educative interventions in order to succeed academically. In this research, multi-regression model was proposed to build model for every student. In our model, learning management system (LMS) activity logs were computed. Based on the testing result on big students datasets, courses, and activities indicates that these models could improve the accuracy of prediction model by over 15%.

ABSTRACT : Online learning is a challenging concept that ensures education is catered through
technological channels. This descriptive research aimed to understand readiness of teachers as they implement
teaching using flexible and blended learning as basis for an education strategy especially in this COVID-19
pandemic. The respondents were 232 selected secondary teachers in the province of Camarines Norte. The result
showed that there are 20 percent who are prepared for online teaching and most have gadgets/devices to be able
to perform their online role as teachers. However, 80 percent of respondents have issues especially along the
financial implication of flexible/blended learning as internet is quite costly in the Philippines and technological
gadgets are expensive. The study recommends training, planning, and restructuring towards strengthening
technology utilization, access, and resource generation for better delivery of education. It draws implications on
developing better key strategies in building smart ways and reducing challenges in online education.

harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The most immediate threat AI posed was to Academic Integrity with Higher Education Institutes (HEIs) focusing their efforts on combating the use of GenAI in assessment. Guidelines were developed for staff and students, policies put in place too. Teachers use the competencies as a tool for per-
sonal professional assessment, rating themselves on
each practice as good, better, or exemplary .The com-
petencies can serve as an initial and ongoing self-
assessment of teacher needs for developing the learn-
er’s information system, professional development of

tivity .
Their own competent and skills will include and
exceed those outlined in the system and they will use
effective utilization and practices that clearly address
the program. In different schools, it requires com-
plete, comprehensive and up-to-date learners infor-
mation with a careful plan and appropriate technolog-
ical knowledge likewise the usage of maximizing and
utilization of being competent in using the new trends
of system in education.
This is essentially an online registry of learners
that is important for any educational system or insti-
tution. Some common features of Learners Infor-
mation System are as follows; a system for maintain-
ing the registry of learners aimed at meeting the fol-
lowing objectives: provide a standardized registration
system for learners; track learner progress/
performance; provide learner information for better
program planning and supervision of schools and
learning centers; enhance management of learner rec-
ords.
In this study, the researcher investigates what
is the teachers competency based on their experiences
observation regarding to the delivery of the learners’
information system in public schools. Many claim that
the existence of the system is unsatisfactory condi-
tion; burden to the teachers as added to their day to
day teaching; unmanageable due to lack of internet
access in the remote areas; and lack of training to
teachers. Teachers experience cramming due to insuf-
ficient time in accessing internet connection at home
before the due date given. Likewise the teacher expe-
riences system downtime and resume its operation
during midnight, hence they couldn’t give ample time
to manage learners’ profile.
It is likewise a basis for an enhanced program
implementation of new goals and guidelines in the de-
partment. It is also the projection and planning the
different programs set by the department to bridge
the new system from the traditional way of recording
the data and records of pupils in the public schools.

The descriptive method used in this study. Teachers
of the five schools in Pasig II District were the respondents
they identified using random sampling method, particular-
ly by using the fish bowl method. After the identification of
the respondents, the actual administration of the instru-
ments started with the approval of the school principals of
the school.

The main instrument used in this study was a re-
searcher made questionnaires. The questionnaires modi-
fied and pattern from the study of Mantuano, (2012), the
questionnaire determined the level and the role of teachers
in learners’ information system. Data gathering procedure
started with the researcher’s letter requesting data to be
used in this study; specifically, the letter of request to the
Schools Division Superintendent, Division of Pasig City to
avail a support on the administration of the questionnaires
for the five schools in Pasig II District.
The following table and graphs illustrates the actual
sample size of the population based on the retrieved ques-
tionnaire in the five schools. Data on the quantitative and
qualitative analysis aspects of this research are presented .
Based on the findings and conclusions drawn from the study, the researcher offers the following
recommendations:
1. For the school administrator. The main objective is to achieve, sustained or upgrade the
teacher competencies in information communication technology and the utilization of the learner’s
information system in school.
2. For the School ICT Coordinator. A proposed enhanced program implementation must be
developed to address some of the problems with respect to data resources and/or information, in par-
ticular to the aspects of encoding the basic profile of the learners, retrieving pupil’s data/information,
processing including online and manual steps procedure, at the same time its contents the descrip-
tions about these aspects in relation to learners information system.
3. For the Class Advisers and Teachers. Increase teachers ‘commitment and dedication for
effective classroom management using ICT in teaching and learning process especially keeping of
learners progress/performance records as a reference for innovations of advancement knowledge in
managing learner’s information and data. Likewise a document containing the data elements includ-
ing software must be sustained since all the respondents are advisers/ teachers with very high com-
petent level of understanding in the utilization of learner’s information system for utilization within
the school district.
4. For the parents of the learners/students and other stakeholders. The department
must made utmost support with regards for submitting official and legal documents of the child upon
enrolling in particular to public or private institutions as the department gives mandates to issue
transparency, quality and good governance for the education of the citizens in the entire district and
division
5. For the future researchers. Use a larger or division-wide sample using this related studies
pertaining to managing and accessing learner’s information records and data for further best result
of the implementation of learner’s information system in the public school.
