A closed, insulated and heated mixing chamber
(TCS) in which a mixture is heated with dry steam by
a shaft rotating in two directions.
Two PT 100 temperature sensors register the preset
temperature after which a rotating disc is opened.
The mixture is discharged into the Retention Time Barrel
(RTB) where it remains during a preset length of time
(2-4 min.). By means of an equalizing device the mixture
is continuously fed into the pellet mill.
