RIS3 STRATEGIES AND CLUSTERS: INTO THE STRATEGIC PROCESS
Used to identify the industrial
strengths ans assets in a region,
contribute to set strategic priorities
and take the right political decisions.
1DEFINITION
Used as efficient platforms that can focus
on and quickly contribute to cross-sectoral
hybridization and implement thematic
policies/initiatives
2IMPLEMENTATION
Used as efficient platforms to ensure
transparency as well as to gather real
time information for improvement and
redefinition
