It finds that most companies rely on publicly available ground data and focus on data aggregation. They generate revenue through premium business models that provide high-end products and services to customers. Visualization is also important for geospatial data services. The analysis uses frameworks to examine how companies source, process, and market data-driven products and aims to understand open data's potential for economic growth.
