It existing system provides facilities such as follows.

Need for the New system
 To provide security to the database used by the system.
 To keep the system in step with the advanced technology.
 To maintain the accounts of customers accurately.
 Instead of old manual system, new system automatically
generates the reports & easily maintains the stock
calculations.
 To provide facilities for viewing,updating and deletion of
data according to usernames.
 The better GUI is provided to make the system User
Friendly.
Operating Environment
 Oracle 8.0 as a Back-end.
 Visual Basic 6.0 as a Front-end Programming Language.
 Windows 98 as a Operating Platform.
Hardware Requirements
 Any Intel Pentium Based Processor.
 Minimum of 32 MB RAM. 64 MB recommended.
 Currently available Hard Disk with 40 GB. The system runs
efficiently on even 4.3 GB of Hard Disk.
 3.5 inch Floppy Drive.
 Digital Mono/Color Monitor.
 Mouse.
 Keyboard.
 Printer.
