This document summarizes a management system created for Satyanarayan Ice Cream Parlour. The system was created to help with billing, accounting, and inventory management.  To provide security to the database used by the system.

 Instead of old manual system, new system automatically
generates the reports & easily maintains the stock
calculations.
 To provide facilities for viewing,updating and deletion of
data according to usernames.
 The better GUI is provided to make the system User
Friendly.

 Currently available Hard Disk with 40 GB. The system runs
efficiently on even 4.3 GB of Hard Disk.

 It is possible to include the reports of customer, staff,
supplier, item, stock etc.
 It is possible to maintain accounts of customer.
 There is a scope for further expansion and modifications
in the system. But if any new need arises the current
system is unable to satisfy user needs.
