Tate Members provides essential support for Tate galleries and helps acquire over 400 artworks. A data segmentation project identified eight member groups based on tenure, visit frequency, and likelihood to lapse. Focusing communications and programs on at-risk but winnable groups and loyal members who could become patrons helped increase retention rates. Looking ahead, Tate Members aims for deeper engagement through enhanced offerings and one-on-one conversations to further support Tate galleries.
