As the produce manager (2007), I manage the daily
operations of the department, including profit and loss
(P & L) assessment. I also manage product levels and
make sound business decisions. I provide courteous,
knowledgeable and prompt service and a friendly
atmosphere in the department. I also manage inventory,
in-stock position, maintain pricing integrity, lead
merchandising, and maintain shelf allocations to ensure
the availability of products at all times.
As the assistant produce manager (2006 - 2007), I
ensured the department was well maintained and
met or exceeded company standards for appearance.
I helped supervise, train and develop team members
in accordance with company policies and procedures. I
helped evaluate department conditions and operations
to determine strengths and areas for improvement;
I also ensured company standards for safety, proper
food handling practices, sanitation and productivity are
maintained.
As the dairy/produce manager (2005 - 2006), I monitored
cooler and display area temperatures to maintain product
quality. I reported any refrigeration failure. I encouraged
and led quality customer service by example.
As a team member (1997 - Current), I provided floor
assistance as needed to multiple departments. I offered
help to customers. I stayed up-to-date on store policies
and procedures in order to provide quality service.

Lead TV Editor/Producer and Assistant Editor
As Lead TV Editor and Producer (2011 - 2014), I edited
and produced timely TV and radio broadcasts for a
church with an international digital presence and with
physical locations in Dothan, Montgomery and Atlanta.
I monitored broadcast trafficking. I also scheduled
and facilitated volunteer training and participation. I
evaluated hardware and software regularly for updates
and/or replacement. I assisted the lead editor from
January 2008 through January 2011.
