involves physical fitness, training, classroom training, power point presentations, case studies,
demonstrations, role plays and table top exercises.
Training program includes:
15 days of pre-deployment training
2 days of first aid training
7 days of on-the-job training
Followed by at least 6 training days every quarter

Our rates are inclusive of ESI, PF, Bonus, Admin.& Service Charges etc. The existing rates are based on the present Minimum Wages and the existing statutory
requirement and rates thereof. In case there is an increase in the Minimum Wages as declared by the State Admn./ Govt. agencies / addition of statutory
requirement and / or increase in their rates, this will be charged extra proportionately including its effect on ESI, PF, Bonus, Admin. & Service charges etc.
