Our Philosophy
Total Management Protection has a long-term commitment to provide our customers with
services of the highest standard, meeting or exceeding their expectations and requirements.
To provide solutions and services to our customers at very competitive and cost effective prices.
To demonstrate the abilities of TMP Security to not only accept new contracts from client’s, but
to formulate and present a plan intended to show how this will be achieved without
compromising existing services levels.
We share your emphasis on the best practice principles and quality assurance. Our commitment
to quality is illustrated by our client’s service standards, which are mandatory for all our
clients.
A total commitment to invest time and expertise to research and collate a thorough
understanding of each client’s needs.
To analyse every relevant problem and need before work commences. Logic, strategy, honesty
and professionalism are the essence of our motivation.
All elements of the security Industry are inter-related. Whether we work for a small or large
client, our strategy must be consistent with, and compliment, our client’s short and long term
objectives.
Every assignment is pre-quoted and must be formally approved before work begins. The agreed
quote is based on a supplied client brief, or alternatively, where a budget is provided.
Firm budget control is an important aspect of our policy.

Accepting New Contracts:
TMP Security has long been regarded by our currant clients as a boutique service provider, and
not without reason. We have primarily provided a service within the Security industry relating
to Uniformed Guards, Crowd Control, Covert Loss Prevention and Mobile Patrols.
We have however come to recognise the fact that our abilities to continue to provide the boutique
service across a wider service base are achievable through focused management. With having
accepted contracts since 1998, we believe that we have a unique relationship with our clients,
whereby professionalism is not only expected, but also rewarded.
Although in the past, our main provision of service has been in the areas of Static Guards,
Mobile Patrols teams, the New Year has brought about change. With the recent appointment of
Steve Persson (General Operations Manager), he brings a fresh approach to TMP Security’s
management style, service portfolio and strategy behind service provision.
TMP Security Management philosophy is this;
“Develop a unique and superlative product which is delivered only with unique and
superlative service.”
TMP Management insists that the acceptance of any contract must be met with the correct
staffing level resources. Having said that, it is not only a matter of having the correct staffing
numbers, but the staff must possess the qualifications to meet the given task.
To be “Task Specific” when recruiting is of paramount importance, not only from the point of
view of TMP Security so as to deliver its service promise, but to also consult with the Guards to
establish their preferred duties and expertise. This brings harmony to the relationship and caters
for the staffing levels in specific areas immediately.
Page 5
Security Personnel:
First impressions count
Security personnel are often the first contact that visitors experience and the front of house
impression they create is important.
Our company’s Business & Residential Security services, offer a wide variety of individual
experience in the provision of personalized service.
Our greatest commitment is to maintain these high quality services and customer satisfaction.
Our Security Officers are all fully trained, and licensed through the Private Agents Registry,
which is a division of the Victoria Police.
All Officers are selected on the basis of their training, presentation and grooming,
communication skills, knowledge and experience.
Recruitment:
Due to the selection criteria and high expectations of TMP Security, It is a pre-employment
requirement that they be able to provide the company with adequate number of references to
substantiate that they are trust-worthy and of good character. The recruitment drive will be
ongoing in order to remain available for new contracts within all market segments listed.
Dress and Discipline:
Our Security Officers Division is distinctively dressed in a company uniform. All officers are
well presented, well groomed, highly trained and display the highest levels of professional
behaviour at all times.
Our security personnel will also be carefully trained and uniformed to reflect the style and
culture of each business.
All Security Officers remain customer focused, approachable and helpful, but always firm when
enforcing your rules. Total Management Protection places great emphasis on customer and
client satisfaction, the use of good communication skills and conflict resolution skills are used in
the first instance.
The most important piece of equipment that these officers carry with them whilst on duty is
their communication skills.

Geographical Staffing:
The planning of geographical staffing levels when considering service level standards
have been given due consideration within this Business Plan.
Including our existing staff, we specifically launched our recruiting campaign in order to that we
may cater for skill levels, experience and geographical serviceability.
Our coverage area is now stronger as a result and extends to include without the necessity for
staff to travel long distances.
Page 7
Covert Loss Prevention:
The primary responsibility of a TMP covert operative is to detect and apprehend shoplifters
within the guidelines provided by the client and the law. All covert operatives are instructed to
conduct themselves without compromising the client’s corporate culture or shopping
environment. Offenders detected by our covert operatives, will either be prevented or handed
over to the police for prosecution, along with all relevant paperwork as required.
TMP covert operatives are highly trained in this specific area of crime prevention in comparison
to staff that may make a false arrest (which can be very costly) or even be hurt if the
apprehension is violent. We are devoted to provide a professional security service, based on
quality and ethics, our aim will be to give you the friendly and efficient service you have every
right to expect.
It is critically important to put in place measurements to capture results that support the return
on investment. Total Management Protection provides detailed incident-related statistics on
such key performance indicators as Apprehensions, Merchandise Recovery, Incidents, Hours per
incident and Dollars recovered are collected and reported weekly.
TMP security will provide professional and well-trained Covert loss prevention operatives to
your organization. All operatives used in our covert operations are required to attend additional
training courses for the purpose of specializing in Loss Prevention within the retail sector.
The key to our approach is working closely with our clients to ensure we meet their needs,
whether a large or small business.
Page 8
Mobile Patrols
Total Management Protection provides a professionally operated mobile security patrol service,
which is there to help prevent any unnecessary disruption to your business.
Our flexible services, which are normally shared with other clients, can be tailored to suit your
needs, providing external and internal inspections with patrol officers checking all designated
doors, windows, gates, locks and security lighting etc.
TMP Security also uses an electronic attendance verification system to ensure all call
requirements are met. Furthermore we can supply attendance reports to our customers on a
weekly or monthly basis should they be required.
Inspections of premises are random and unpredictable, increasing the deterrent value.
We also have a network of affiliates operating in all Regional and Country areas nationally that
provide Mobile Patrol and Alarm Response services to our National clients.
Page 9
Alarm Monitoring:
Protecting your business and home has never been more affordable. With a properly maintained
and monitored security system, you are providing the best chance against Loss of Possessions
and protection of your business and family.
Having your premises continuously monitored by our 24-hour grade A1 monitoring centre
ensures that someone will be notified in case your alarm system activates.
Continuous back-to-base monitoring is a key feature of any TMP monitored security alarm
system. A “monitored line” is an alarm system at a client’s premises that, upon activation, a
dialler built into the control panel uses the telephone line to send a digital message to our central
monitoring station. The control panel will transmit digital information to the central station
receiver describing the premises location and the area that has triggered the alarm.
Information is then displayed on a computer terminal showing the name and address of the
premises and the actions required to respond to the event in accordance with the client’s
instructions and “HELP IS ON THE WAY”
Control Room:
The control room serves as our central communications, through which all our security
personnel are directed and monitored.
We are a 24hr operation, a duty manager is on call at all times and supervisors are on the road
each night, each of which has had extensive training in the field.
The Supervisors responsibilities are to monitor employee’s performance in the following areas:
 Discipline.
 Adherence to standing operating procedure.
 Punctuality.
 Dress Code.
 Incident reporting.
 Adherence to client’s objectives.
Page 10
