that prevent or deter attackers from
accessing a facility, resource, or information
stored on physical media and guidance on
how to design structures to resist various
hostile acts. It can be as simple as a locked
door or as elaborate as multiple layers of
Security Guards placement.

20. Brig Alind Dayal was commissioned in the Indian Army, Corps of Signals

on 27 June 1965. During the course of his approximately 31 years of
appointments
service in the Army he held various command and staff appointments
with distinction. He completed his B.E. in Electronics and

Telecommunications as well as M.Tech in the same discipline whilst in
service. He retired as a Brigadier on 31 December 1995.
