This document summarizes a resolution from the Syrian Ministry of Telecommunication and Technology that reassigns an employee, Abd Al-Rahman Tayshoori, from the Ministry of Education to STE (Syrian Telecommunication Establishment). - According to the term of the main law of state employees no(50) issued in 2004.
- According to the term of law no(2) issued in 2005 including the system of
establishments, companies, and public plants.
- According to the term of organizational decree no./1935/ issued in 1975 including
establishing S.T.E.
- According to the decree no.(584) issued in 13/12/2000 including recalling S.T.E.
- According to the term of prime minister no(178) issued in 16/1/2008 including
sorting NIPA (National Institute of Public Administration) graduates.
The minister of Telecommunication and technology
decides the following:
Article (1): Mr. Abd Al-Rahman Tayshoori, class A employee –B.A. Political Science,
International Relations- whose monthly salary is /18232/ Syrian pounds and who has been
re-assigned from the Ministry of Education to S.T.E (department of Tartous
telecommunication).
Article (2): The mentioned above is given a raise in his salary equals 7% owing to the fact
that he got a high degree in Public Administration. His current salary after the raise is
/19509/ Syrian pounds.
Article (3): The salary of the mentioned above is taken from the budget of S.T.E.
Article (4): This resolution is sent to those who are responsible for putting it into action.
After completing all the procedures from the Central Financial Corporation of Censorship.
