A person experiencing a panic attack may have difficulty breathing normally and feel like they cannot catch their breath. They may feel faint with blurry vision and numbness in their extremities. Strong feelings of terror, fear and being unable to deal with the situation are common, along with a feeling that something bad is imminent. Attempts to reason with the person during an attack are often unsuccessful.

2. UNABLE TO BREATHE NORMALLY A person who is having a panic attack can not breathe normally. She/He might have a feeling of not being able to catch her/his breath.

3. A FEELING THAT YOU ARE ABOUT TO FAINT A person who is having a panic attack might feel that she/he is about to faint. Vision gets blurry and there's numbness in the upper and lower extremities

4. EXTREME UNCONTROLLABLE FEELINGS A person who is having a panic attack have these strong feelings that they can not control. Feelings of terror and fear and feeling of being unable to deal with the situation are the most common.

5. FEELING OF IMPENDING DOOM People who are experiencing panic attacks would most likely complain that she/he "feels that something bad is going to happen to her/him" and if you try to reason things with them, like, nothing bad is going to happen to her/him, chances are, she/she won't listen to you
