This document discusses the implementation of a DBI (Decentralized Basin Irrigation) intervention project in 3 villages to enhance agricultural productivity. The project developed water sources through pipe-based water supply systems and stone beds to protect the pipes. It benefited 151 households, irrigating 144 acres in the rainy season and 77 acres in the winter. Challenges in post-management included strengthening village institutions for asset management. Lessons included selecting appropriate sites, engaging communities, and leveraging other programs. The project aims to promote sustainability through crop diversification, structure maintenance, and protection of catchment areas.
