Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois, Dr. Lamont Tyler spent several years as a clinical instructor at Rush Medical School in Chicago and then at Northwestern University Medical School. Dr. Lamont Tyler currently serves as the medical director of specialty physician services at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.

2. Introduction
• Licensed to practice medicine in the state of Illinois, Dr.
Lamont Tyler spent several years as a clinical instructor
at Rush Medical School in Chicago and then at
Northwestern University Medical School. Dr. Lamont
Tyler currently serves as the medical director of specialty
physician services at OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.
Since its establishment in 1993, the OSF St. Joseph
Foundation has assisted in raising over $4 million for
health care through the OSF St. Joseph Medical Center.
These gifts ensure that the hospital can serve low-income
clients and provide premium service for those who are
sick or aging.

3. OSF St. Joseph Medical Center
• The OSF St. Joseph Medical Center also needs
volunteers to help support its work. Each year the
hospital receives thousands of years of service from
generous volunteers. Eligible applicants for
volunteer work must make a commitment of at least
six months and be willing to serve four-hour shifts
between the hours of 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday
through Friday and during variable hours on
