Central Build is a multi-team build solution built on Docker that provides consistency across build environments for 10+ components with over 400 developers. It creates a centralized Jenkins environment running on Docker with shared build agents, backups, monitoring, and easy maintenance. Key features include pre-configured Jenkins images, a pool of Jenkins build agents using Docker Swarm, and centralized logging and monitoring of all Docker containers and builds.
