Introduction
• Supernova Spira isa supertall mixed use skyscraper under construction
in Noida, India. It is located near Amity University, Noida in Sector 94,
Amrapali Marg, Noida.
• Supertech Supernova is built by keeping in mind the necessity of prominent
clients who desire to have luxurious lifestyle, and it is comprised with all
modern facilities like well appointed apartments with modern conveniences
such as a clubhouse, jogging track, swimming pool and more.
• Comprising Commercial, Residences and Luxury Retail spaces, 5 Star Hotel,
branded residences and serviced apartments
• Supertech Supernova has two main towers Nova East and Nova West which
are reserved for residential apartments and offering 2 BHK and 3 BHK
furnished apartments variants with sizes 1330 sq ft & 2040 sq ft.

Criteria for selection
Supertech Supernova is the splendour project, which is the biggest project of
North India having mixed-use development spread over the area of 5 million
square feet. It is the only project till in Delhi NCR to accomodate so much of land
uses at a single place.Studying this vast project can help in understanding how to
merge different land uses at a place and design the spaces more efficiently.

• Size of column is 600mm X 600mm.
• Beams are just on edges and for inner area capitols are provided.
• Admixtures used are retarders which are of BSF 8066, Greceelva, Sika 10H1.
• Steel bars are of 40mm diameter.
• Pre-cast structures are not in use.
