house for suspension components.
 UMC GROUP
In 1958 established first manufacturing unit i.e, Union
Manufacturing Company for multi leaf spring and U-Bolts.
 BIDCO
In 1975 separated U-Bolts manufacturing in to new unit
unique suspension Pvt. Ltd.
 UTECH PRECISION AUTO COMPONENTS
IN 2005 setup a state of the art manufacturing unit Ultra
Tech Suspension Pvt. Ltd. For all kinds of Precision turned
components and U-Bolt. This unit is situated at Pune which
is the automotive manufacturing hub in the state of
Maharashtra INDIA and another unit is setup in Pantnagar
Sidcul in the Year 2007.
