Frederick Festus Ntido is a Senior Associate in the Corporate/Commercial
Group specializing in Nigerian Content law, maritime, company securities,
banking, telecoms and aviation law.
Frederick has been involved in providing legal advice to multinational
companies in diverse areas of the law including regulatory, corporate
compliance and transactional issues. He also advised the Federal
Government of Nigeria during the Port Concession Programme as legal
counsel to the Nigerian Ports Authority and he is actively involved in providing
legal advice to several institutional and private establishments. He regularly
advises multinational and indigenous clients doing business in Nigeria on
compliance with local content legislations relating to the Cabotage Act
and the Nigerian Oil and Gas Industry Content Act. He also represents clients

The West Africa Deepwater rush is on!
• Operated by BP, the $14 billion PVSM project is the largest deepwater
project in Africa

Republic of Congo and the Republic of Angola.
• The $2-billion Tullow Oil TEN project development will include a subsea
production system and a 27-mi (43-km) electrically heated flowline, the
first of its kind at this water depth.

CANCELLATION / SUBSTITUTION
Should you be unable to attend, a substitute delegate is welcome
atno extra charge. Cancellations must be received in writing at

refund less 10% processing fee per registration. The company

notifications receivedless than 10 business days before the event.
