percent of the participating UK electorate gives positive vote to leave from the European
Union. The UK will thus finally leave on course from the EU on 29 March 2019. The
government of UK has invoked based on the Article of 50 in EU Treaty on the issues of
Brexit. It was referendum campaign for beginning but Brexit is accepted because the citizen
of UK is on behalf of Brexit (FT, 2017). The government of UK was decided to not stay in
single market permanent membership of EU and leaving from here and also kept promise to
regain with the help of Communities Act of EU in 1972 from leaving the law of EU into
obeying domestic law. Impact of this decision, a new governing body has been articulated in
July 2016 named Department for Exiting the European Union where it is officially started its
journey in June 2017 (BBC News, 2017). The UK will implement this within two years and
UK government is willing to pay all the dues to others. The citizen right of UK has to be
ensured by the implementation of UK law due to Brexit as well.

Possibility from Brexit
In business summit, Theresa gave her opinion that this Brexit may be positive and optimistic
solution for UK government. Due to this Brexit, the investment has increased by 2.5 per cent
where the total investment is gone to £81.1 billon in the last six month.
According to Taoiseach Leo Varadkar “Due to Brexit a lot of progress has been made and
many issues are common in understand. This issue is crucial and wanted to carry on but few
negotiation is needed and consultation. This will be continuing where it will be reconvened
before the weekend and this will be concluding this positively” (Express, 2017).
Negative point of Brexit
According to Mr Carney “it is a task that will limit the speed of UK economy and warning
the productivity that would be decreased. This is also uncertainty for the flat productivity on
the cause of Brexit” (The Irish Sun, 2017). Ipsos Mori Chief Executive Ben Page said “It is
misfortune that it is felt that the country understand and realise the pain of the economically
due to leave EU”. A survey has been conducted where the most prominent business leaders
said that EU membership should not be exit and for this reason about in business relationship
due to Brexit (Return UK, 2017).

The government has declared some point about the Brexit. The Norway-style option has to be
promoted whereas the government is avoided the Canadian-style deal with the EU. Due to the
leaving the UK market, it is promoted to the single market where the people can freely to
move from the market. This means UK has going to join a single market. The Brexit decision
is great where the European Court of Justice would not give any power to make any issues of
settlement of joining and about the dispute.
Conclusion
There are few positive and negative side of the Brexit where analysis the situation it can be
said that UK can face various problems due to Brexit beginning but in a long run it get the
benefit from the Brexit. From the very beginning the many businesses have closed from the
country where small business backups the market economy. But the government of UK has
gone to out of single market structure from the leaving to EU. The free movement of people
is not applicable after Brexit. The business and corporate fight and terrorism is other
challenge whereas this is stopped due to the Brexit and the new relationship will be formed in
the future relationship.
