 These include the Hotels, restaurants, Private Clubs, Managed Food service, event planning tourism and related business.
For this case the context of Hotel industry will be carried out.
 Hospitality Management is considered to be the assessment and situation and then plan out strategic reforms to better the
quality of the hotel business.
 It also identifies the quality that this industry requires and the proper impression that it can offer to improve the performance
throughout the industry.
 Therefore, this presentation will undertake several assessment and evaluation which will ensure a better response to
analyze and justify the result for the decision making and application.
 Identifying business development for Hilton Hotel: The activities of
pursuing strategic opportunities for the goals and objectives of Hilton
Hotel is known as Business development for the organization (Brody,
2016). These activities include the Sales, Marketing, Project
Management, Vendor Management, Networking, negotiations,
partnerships, cost savings and other associated with the objectives and
implication. Hilton Hotel applies these strategies in a particular way that
separates its operation from the competitors
 Prospecting: phone calls leads and meetings are one of the important
part of the business development of Hilton Hotel and these can be
utilized for the achievement of the objectives and strategic goals for
the organization (Reid and Bojanic, 2015).
 Networking: under this consideration the factors for the actions
include the events, referrals, conversations, LinkedIn contacts
 Awareness: Hilton Hotel paves the way of any boundary through
these approaches including the Email blasts, Articles and webinars
(Hayes and Ninemeier, 2016).

 Marketing of Hilton Hotel: this approach involves promotion and
advertising aiming towards successful sale of services and products
offered by the organization (Saarinen, 2016). Under the business
development approach several areas such as marketing budget,
strategies and execution are being carried out.

consideration for developing awareness for the products or services that it
offers in the long term practice and output.
 Brand Awareness: Developing more plans to promote and sustain the brand
in a practical manner. These will help to gain a competitive implication for
the operations.
 Strategic Initiatives and partnerships: Taking the key idea and
implications under consideration taking different initiatives and
partnership among the organizations can help to gain more
competitive implication for the organization (Cai, Gartner and
Munar, 2015)
 Purchase Intention: these enables to determine the key intention for the
purchase of the service and products.
 Customer Loyalty: Determining the key objectives these will help to sustain
in the market in the long run. Each of these can help to go through a quality

and these are one of the important approach for the organization.
 Product Development: To address with proper market positioning it is
important to assure new products are developed and offered for the long
term output and implication (Cai, Gartner and Munar, 2015).
 Market Development: Under this approach organizations take the new
market and develop its brand through offering high quality low cost product.
Hilton Hotel offers such offers to the customers taking the key areas of
market development and application (Saarinen, 2016).
 Diversification: Taking the key aspects and implication for the
diversification the idea and implication for the diverse market can be
considered and utilized in an effective manner. Hilton Hotel applies this
through a practical approach (Chen, 2017).
