Group admins can access student assessment data from the Admin dropdown menu or dashboard. The Assessment Overview Page shows group and class performance on all assessment questions across courses. Admins can view data by all classes or individual classes, with question performance represented by colored squares. Hovering over squares shows the question text, and clicking a student name displays their individual performance and allows grading of free text responses.

When logged in as a Group Admin, access “Student Assessment”
from the Admin drop-down menu. You can also access it from the
dashboard.

Selecting Student Assessment, will bring you to the Assessment
Overview Page. From here you can see Group and Class
performance on all assessment questions.

To view assessment data for another course, select it from the drop
down menu on the left side of the page.

You can view assessment data for all students in your group under
the tab All Classes, or you can view data by class.

Each column represents questions within a lesson. Grey squares
reflect untaken questions. Green refers to correct multiple choice
questions, red to incorrect, and yellow reflects free text questions.

Downloading student assessment data will pull data on all courses
for multiple choice and graded free text questions.

Hovering over an individual square will give you the text from the
question.

Performance
Clicking on the students’ names will show you their performance on
all questions in all courses.

Free text responses are in the second column. To grade them, click
on N/A. Use pop up box to score and comment on free text response.

Click on performance analysis on the Overview page to see group
performance on individual questions in that lesson.
