This document describes art activities done with elementary school students to promote relaxation and creativity. The activities included doodle art inspired by Zentangle, where students drew butterfly patterns with their eyes closed. Another activity had students complete torn shapes on paper with drawings of their imagination. These unstructured art projects allowed the children to freely express themselves and created surprising, amazing, and wonderful art pieces. The goal was to put the students in a state of relaxed focus to boost idea creation.
