 Co-Founder : Charulata Bansal
   Her first entrepreneurial venture with stalwart entrepreneurs as co-
   founders
   Last Assignment: Head – Mumbai, MRM Worldwide
   MRM (erstwhile Result: McCann) is the Digital and Direct Marketing
   division of McCann Erickson Worldgroup
   Launched E3 Honours_ loyalty program for Tata VSNL customers
   Launched UTI Bank (Axis Bank) credit cards - conceptualised
   acquisition and activation strategies
   Launched Barclays Bank and Barclaycard in India through BTL
   Conceptualised many cost-effective acquisition and activation
   strategies for Barclays Bank
   Launched the Barclaycard Rewards program, Barclaycard Priority
   Circle program
The Team
 Co-Founder : Shom Mazumdar
   Shom Mazumdar graduated from the school of hard knocks. The
   post graduation however was at Xaviers institute of
   Management.
   In 1995 he plunged into advertising during the heady years of the
   primary market boom.
   After four years with Clea, the premier financial advertising agency
   of the country he gained enough confidence to start his own outfit.
   A Creative only shop in the early nineties was a concept much
   ahead of its time.
   Shom brings to the table a wealth of business and account
   management experience gained with MiD DAY, CNN, Vodafone,
   Tata Mutual Fund, Essar, Thermax, Piramyd, HDFC Realty, The
   Resort, Orchid Ecotel, Jupiter Hospital, R City and Asian Paints.
The Team
 Co-Founder : Upendra Singh Thakur
   Upendra guards his independence with a ferocity that would make
   all four generation of his army ancestors proud.
   At age fourteen, armed with nothing more than a Dr. Stephen
   Covey inspired dream he quit the safe environs of his native
   Dalhousie for Mumbai.
   At twenty one, he had his own agency to show for the effort.
   Upendra brings to the table, the experience of leading client
   relationships at Nick, Edelweiss Capital, BASF, Times Multimedia,
   Crossroads & CNBC.
   And lastly there is the very special relationship at Dr. Covey's. Who
   he helped launch in India.
Other Notable Assignments
 Short-term engagement program for a multiplex
  An innovative concept to engage with kids during the summers
  while bringing in the brand essence which is movies

  A theatre workshop was conducted for kids culminating into a
  movie making workshop

  15 minute short films were made by kids shortlisted from the
  theatre workshop

  Kids made the film with the help of Professionals from the
  Industry who were recruited for this project.

  Four such films made and premiered at the multiplex.

  Implemented in 800 schools across 22 cities in India
  Promote hygiene amongst school girls in 10 – 15 yrs
  Recruited a team of gynaecologists' to do the same
  Promote J&J Stayfree products through free sampling


 Asian Paints CRM Centre
  Multi city centre where customers could call and get inputs on
  room décor, colour, most suitable type of paint as per budget
  and the approximate budget for painting
