A dramatic change in personality and mood
Appearing depressed or sad most of the time
Talking about suicide or death
Making a will
Buying a gun, rope, hose, pills or other medications etc.
Writing a suicide note
Withdrawing from friends and family
Feeling hopeless and helpless/no reason for living/no sense of purpose
Agitated/Anxious
Abusing drugs or alcohol
Acting impulsive
Change in eating and sleeping habits
Loss of interest in school, work or other activities
Giving away possessions
Reckless behavior
Excessive feelings of guilt and shame
Feelings of being trapped/ No way out of a situation
Previous suicide attempt
