ABSTRACT: ES (expert system) is a branch of the field of artificial intelligence ,which is the most important and the most active. It is a kind of computer intelligent system with a large number of special knowledge. It is provide d knowledge and experience by one or more experts in some fields. This expert system simulates the decision-making process of human expert through deductive reasoning and judgment. Through the investigation of several large hospitals, there is not an expert system for clinical application. The general medical diagnosis expert system knowledge base is based on the parameters of vital signs, The accuracy of medical diagnosis is very difficult to improve. When the facial expression was embedded in the construction of knowledge base, whole system is closer to the process of clinical diagnosis. The result shows that this method achieves higher diagnosis accuracy rate. The reasoning process of the system mainly includes two parts : Firstly through the video and digital image processing technology to get facial features, the inference as before; Secondly, the inference in the previous step is associated with the physiological parameters from the database and make the final diagnosis result.

With the purpose of improving the accuracy and efficiency of Parkinson’s disease treatment, this article proposes a two-stage diagnosis model to evaluate an LSVT dataset. Firstly, we propose a modified minimum Redundancy-Maximum Relevance (mRMR) feature selection approach, based on Cuckoo Search and Tabu Search to reduce the features numbers. Secondly, we apply simple random sampling technique to dataset to increase the samples of the minority class. Promisingly, the developed approach obtained a classification Accuracy rate of 95% with 24 features by 10-fold CV method.

Investigating human subjects is the goal of predicting human emotions in the
real world scenario. A significant number of psychological effects require
(feelings) to be produced, directly releasing human emotions. The
development of effect theory leads one to believe that one must be aware of
one's sentiments and emotions to forecast one's behavior. The proposed line
of inquiry focuses on developing a reliable model incorporating
neurophysiological data into actual feelings. Any change in emotional affect
will directly elicit a response in the body's physiological systems. This
approach is named after the notion of Gaussian mixture models (GMM). The
statistical reaction following data processing, quantitative findings on emotion
labels, and coincidental responses with training samples all directly impact the
outcomes that are accomplished. In terms of statistical parameters such as
population mean and standard deviation, the suggested method is evaluated
compared to a technique considered to be state-of-the-art. The proposed
system determines an individual's emotional state after a minimum of 6
iterative learning using the Gaussian expectation-maximization (GEM)
statistical model, in which the iterations tend to continue to zero error. Perhaps
each of these improves predictions while simultaneously increasing the
amount of value extracted.

CFD analysis is incredibly effective at solving mysteries and improving the performance of complex systems!
Here's a great example: At a large natural gas-fired power plant, where they use waste heat to generate steam and energy, they were puzzled that their boiler wasn't producing as much steam as expected.
R&R and Tetra Engineering Group Inc. were asked to solve the issue with reduced steam production.
An inspection had shown that a significant amount of hot flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes, where the heat was supposed to be transferred.
R&R Consult conducted a CFD analysis, which revealed that 6.3% of the flue gas was bypassing the boiler tubes without transferring heat. The analysis also showed that the flue gas was instead being directed along the sides of the boiler and between the modules that were supposed to capture the heat. This was the cause of the reduced performance.
Based on our results, Tetra Engineering installed covering plates to reduce the bypass flow. This improved the boiler's performance and increased electricity production.
