in order to achieve their vision or
enact changes. There are three
qualities that successful leaders
typically possess.

7. Leaders have drive, or motivation, to see
their visions through to the end.

9. Leaders make every attempt to relate to
their followers. People will not follow
someone (for long) if they feel the leader
does not care about them.

11. Leaders need to lead with integrity and gain the full
trust of their followers. Lose the trust of your
followers, and you will no longer be a leader.
