6. How to play Synergy Lite! Ground rules.
• Today, we come to the game half way through the game. 4 turns have
already taken place
• There will be a facilitator on each table – devoted to you
• There are four teams on each table, please divide yourselves up equally,
no less than 2 on a team and no more than 4 on a team. (12-16 people
on a table)
• You have a workbook, with a mission on the front page
• Each team is dependant on the others for some part of their mission.
• The objective of the game is to complete processing and remove waste
as fast as possible
• The Retrievals and Operations teams move waste into Interim Stores,
but these are not big enough, Projects need to provide the correct
New Builds for the game to continue and no one can move without
water and electricity from Infrastructure!

• Retrievals is struggling to maintain performance of their assets and has
many high risks to mitigate,

which now needs to also be maintained (costs money) and has some other
work in progress.
