At the intersection of trust and getting things done is a group of people. I am one of them and have evolved from an admin. assistant to a senior manager working on projects critical to the organization's success. In the future I hope apply all I have learned as the CEO of an association. My role at OSCPA changed as the Society went through a CEO transition. Making the change from a long time CEO to a leader from another industry was a very interesting experience. My ability to help smooth that transition, both for the new CEO and the organization as a whole, catapulted me into a management role.
