• Project implementation for completely transforming the schools financing process for the municipality of the

Converted all bank products and services to a new platform. Managed all aspects of the project including
financials, people, risks monitoring and resolution. Member of Project Steering Committee.
• Successfully implemented the banking conversion project, within the approved budget of USD 20MM and time.

• Project Manager for the automation of the incoming Fund Transfers (Straight Through Process).
• Re-engineered the area’s processes resulting in a 40% cost reduction per unit.

Bankcards Europe, Business Analyst, Belgium         8/1995 – 12/2000
Set up of the PMO function. Relationship Manager of all European Businesses, managing Business projects, problem
tracking and resolution. Supported the European businesses in operational related items.
• Project Manager for converting the European credit cards businesses to new platform.
• Implemented the production support function. Problem resolution reduced to 4 days (from 10 days).
• Centralized the statements and letters printing processes for Europe in Arnhem, Holland.
• Negotiated with the printing and enveloping vendor and obtained a 10% cost reduction.
• Project Manager for implementing the Global Cards Emergency card function for Europe.

Corporate Audit, Senior Auditor, Greece                 6/1992 – 7/1995
Participated and led audits assessing the control environment of the bank to ensure that
financial, operational, legal/regulatory risks to which the bank might potentially been exposed are proactively
reported to Senior Management. Acquired expertise in cards audits and named Cards expert Senior Auditor for
Europe.
