Leadership Anchorage is a leadership development program that recruits a diverse range of established and emerging Alaskan leaders. The program focuses on deepening individual leadership capacity by learning through humanities, diverse group experiences, and personal reflection, all within the context of issues currently facing Alaska's leaders. Participants explore dynamic issues through the lens of humanities, group experiences, and self-reflection to strengthen their ability to lead in their communities.

T: Establish a Mountain View Farmers
Market.
A: Planning, coordinating, advertising,
fundraising, and community engagement
for a sustainable farmer’s market.
R: Mountain View now has a Farmers
Market. Thursdays from 3pm to 7pm.
