5. AVANT-GARDE TRAILS EXPO
 AVANT-GARDE TRAILS EXPO: This
is an entrepreneurship and innovative
workshop programme designed for young
entrepreneurs who wish to start a business
or for entrepreneurs who have already
started but still needs assistance to grow
their business. It is done twice in a year to
make lots of people benefit from the
workshop and impact many people’s life.
Increasing creativity and employment
rate. The training is going to be a one
week entrepreneurship workshop and on
the final day, we will have; Trail Blazers
Conference (TBC). TBC (Theme:
Raising Change makers To Impact
Positively): will be a platform where
participants of the entrepreneurship
training will be rewarded and motivated
to start their business, learn from
successful entrepreneurs and also get
funds to start their business. We will also
invite any young entrepreneur to also
come and learn.

6. FOOD FOR LIFE
• FOOD FOR LIFE: This is an
agriculture training and food
sustainability initiative designed by
TRAIT to increase food production and
provide mechanisms to store food for a
long time. These are aimed at reducing
imports of food for consumption,
increase in employment, and increase
in food production and create
sustainable development.

• We also donate to the poor and needy
people in rural communities.
• Giving to refugees,orphans and
widows. Also building long lasting
community projects that will give these
less priviledged people work to do and
eradicate poverty in rural communities.

We exist to help you experience God's best
and have greater kingdom impact in the
market place.This conference aims to activate
a community of entrepreneurs that will
demonstrate the power, presence, passion,
and purity of God in the marketplace.
To be inspired by stories of how Kingdom Driven
Entrepreneurs across the globe are
demonstrating the power, presence, passion,
and purity of God in their marketplace
assignments. You’ll also hear from powerful
teachers that will provide wisdom and insight
for your journey!

10. GLOBAL YOUTH LEADERS SUMMIT
 GLOBAL YOUTH LEADERS SUMMIT
(GYLS) is an intensive certificate-based leadership
seminar developed and delivered by International
Youth Executive Forum with the support of
Ministers Of Christ Foundation and Transform
Afrika Initiative. This is a three day camp meeting.
This immersion into global youth-led development
resonates in marked ways and helps shape
tomorrow’s leaders today. Special guest speakers,
many of whom are renowned pastors and youth
leaders themselves, are the central to the ‘hands-on’
intensive workshops. The GYLC includes group
discussions and workshops, cultural expeditions and
executive presentations.
Upon completion of the seminar, participants will be
able to
• Understand the calling of leadership of God
• Analyse strengths, weaknesses, challenges and
opportunities of effective planning, emotional
application of leaders to making positive changes.
• Identify the role of youth in church growth
• Manage their organizations effectively.
• Propose and develop solutions and business plan.
• Present proposed solutions employing visual aids

11. TRANSFORM A LIFE CAMPAIGN
• TLC is a fund raising project of
TRAIT to help pick children, refugees,
blind and paralyzed people from the
streets of Ghana and all African
countries. We will put street children in
schools from basic to tertiary, give jobs
to refugees and cater for the blind and
paralyzed people in our continent. It
will be done quarterly every year to be
able to pick lots of children and
disadvantaged adults from the streets of
Ghana and Africa at a whole.

EXECUTIVE FORUM
IYEF stands for: International Youth
Executive Forum and it is made up of Youth
Executives, Student Leaders, and Religious
Leaders, who are working on the front line of
youth development, entrepreneurship,
leadership, economic and community
development.
The initiative functions through the activities
we do and the strategic ideas of youth
leaders. The benefit of being part is that we
support the youth leaders to achieve their
dreams through the conferences and training
we give. And we are also affiliated to
European Youth Movement and International
Young Leaders Assembly so we give youth
leaders traveling experiences to other
countries to meet investors and learn new
ways of doing things. Activities we will do
are as follows:

INTERNATIONAL YOUTH EXECUTIVE LEADERS
OF DEVELOPMENT (IYELOD): Researched articles in
English are invited from interested Young Africans from all
nations within the continent. The journal, which is aimed at
fostering the collective progress and development of the
African continent, calls for the written thoughts of African
young leaders, professionals and academics as it concerns the
destiny of Africa. This is a project for all Lovers of Africa
who wish to contribute to the success of their lands.
MY HERITAGE FOR UNITY AND DEVELOPMENT:
This is both research and cultural competition designed for all
ages and people in all educational levels. The students will be
challenged to research and learn about other country’s
cultural activities and our own country’s culture. The
participant will compete and the winners will be awarded, and
they will also get other opportunities. Famous countries likely
to be researched on are: China, Singapore, USA, South
Africa, Turkey, Malawi, and many more.
YOUTH SOCCER FEST: This initiative has been designed
to support young footballers in Ghana and Africa to get the
chance to be noticed by football coaches and sport leaders, to
give them opportunities to play in famous club teams and
national teams to al
so build their career.
CAMPUS CARNIVAL: The Campus Carnival is one of the
biggest student events on campus. The carnival will provide
valuable resources from on-campus organizations and
external community partners. There will be games, fun, and
food.

Leaders Today): This is a fund raising initiative to support Young
Entrepreneurs or New Businesses and also support Students/Schools and
Communities. We introduced One man One cedi to raise the fund so that the
ordinary Ghanaian will also be able to support this project. We will not only
raise the fund for entrepreneurs to start their own business, but we will
follow up on their failures and success in the market and bring them more
customers by marketing their business both on our social media platforms
and on our websites. We will also create businesses to increase job
opportunities in the country.

 ENNOBLERS UNION: (Motto: Raising Champions
For The Future): This is an initiative created for basic
school students. The aim of this union is to increase
creativity, good writing, debating and also preparing them
purposely for becoming entrepreneurs in the future. Our
motto is "Productivity in Integrity". Our mission is to
ensure leadership skills in the individual, to improve the
lives of the people through sustainable development
activities in our communities. It will be formed in schools
as clubs. Activities we will do are as follows:
 FUTURE LEADERS CONFERENCE: This is a career
guidance and mentorship programme designed to prepare
basic educational level students to carefully analize and
persue their dreams. At TRAIT, we are committed to
developing future leaders. To prepare for the world ahead
of us, then the next generation of leaders must be skilled,
innovative and globally connected; able to make and
respond to change with effective creative activities.
 THE CREATIVE AND INNOVATIVE MINDS
CHALLENGE: This is a challenge designed for creative
young students to be able to do something with their
knowledge, skills and abilities. The students will create
something out of the ordinary as they challenge other
students for a price and it will be done at the end of
Ennoblers Creative Training for the term.
 YOUTH WITH TALENT REVOLUTION:
This is a talent exhibition competition, where
youth challenge each other for a price, there will
be dancing competition, singing competition, rap
competition, gospel rap competition and many
other talents the youth have. All participants will
be honoured upon registering to take part in the
event.
 POETRY AND PUBLIC SPEAKING
COMPETITION: The competition has been
designed for all groups as the solve national
issues the poetry way. They are challenged to
present thought provoking speeches that drives
public holders to put appropriate measures to
solve the numerous problems we encounter in
this country.
 SPELLING BEE AND WRITING
COMPETITION: This competition is aimed at
equiping the young ones to love reading and
spelling so that their vocabulary will improve. It
is also a way we will do to help in academic
performance.

19. BECOME AN AMBASSADOR Our Global Ambassadors are individuals or
organizations who like giving to their
community because they feel an intrinsic
motivation to do so; they find meaning in life by
helping other people to reach their goals. We
celebrate our Ambassadors every year and we
award The TRAIT Global Ambassador of the
year, and we also give Global Ambassador
Mentorship and Fun Fest.
