Project: “ICU Care Taker for Patient Monitoring System”.
Team Size: 4
Description: This project deals with the real time monitoring of patients parameters like body
temperature, respiration rate, and saline level in the bottle. The parameters are checked at regular
intervals and measured parameters are sent to doctor’s pc through radio frequency. The doctor can
then analyze the recorded data and if the obtained values are above or below the critical values then
he can immediately reach the patient and take the appropriate action. This system is much useful in
hospitals where numbers of specialist doctors are limited and also saves the valuable time of Doctors.
Achievements:
• Qualified in GATE-2010 with 90.56 percentile.
• Presented a paper in the national level conference on “Development of Automation Engine
Using Agile Methodology” held at SBMJCE, kanakapura on 27th May 2012.
