 To organise special guests and ensure that catering, legal requirements, OHS and logistical
requirements are met.
 Undertake media promotions on the radio and in the press
 To ensure that the show met its budgets
Key Achievement: To attract the Ambassador of Chile to attend as a special guest to open the Alpaca Show and
running the show at a profit for the 9 years that it ran.
TREASURER WESTERN REGION OF THE VICTORIAN ALPACA ASSOCIATION
Key Responsibilities:
 Manage the financial records of the region
 To ensure that the region operated in accordance with the delegated authority of the Alpaca
Association
 To act as an ordinary member of the committee
 To assist the region in generating more income
 Provide financial reports to members and the committee

Key Achievements: To have encouraged the region to develop a stand- alone alpaca show at the Hamilton
