o Main responsibility to relocate customer’s furniture to their requested area. During this process it was
important to remain professional while interacting with the customer. Making the customer feelat
ease with the staff providing their services was important for the company as well as the customer.
Collecting payment was also a responsibility I was entrusted with. Secretarialwork, answering
phones, booking jobs, and using computer programs such as excel, Microsoft word, and adobe.
Skyline Chili – Kenwood, OH
Shift leader, 02/2008 to 08/2011
o Beginning my career at Skyline my first position was steam table operator. This consisted of making
food orders for the restaurant. One year after joining Skyline, I was instructed on all other positions in
the restaurant, serving, cashier, dishwasher, etc. Following policies and procedures and enforcing
those to other employees was part of my duties. The owner of the company felt that I the work ethic I
displayed deserved more responsibility, therefore I began to create the weekly schedule. While the
general manager was out on leave, the owner entrusted myself with the duties of manager, delegating,
decision making, problem solving, money deposits, stock orders, etc.
Bridges Family Movers – Cincinnati, OH

Driving and maneuvering a 26' truck and carrying up to 300 lbs. were common occurrences in this
position. Any situations that may have arisen during the move, ie; furniture damage, payment
disputes, misrepresentation of proposed amount of items to move, customer complaints regarding
employees and/or company, were handled by myself.
