The STAR Chart is a statewide annual measure of where Texas schools and teachers are in terms of technology. According to recent STAR Chart results from 2006-2009, most schools were at the "Developing" level for Infrastructure, Leadership, Administration, Instructional Support, Educator Preparation and Development, and Teaching and Learning. Some schools had advanced in Teaching and Learning. The presentation goals to improve Teaching and Learning with technology by providing more collaborative planning time and modeled lessons for teachers.
