7. Educator Preparation Teachers have completed professional development on integration of technology. Our campus provides on-going professional development utilizing multiple staff development models. Most teachers demonstrate a few of the SBEC Technology Standards. Most teachers use technology as a tool in and across content areas.
8. Administration & Instructional Support Campus leadership communicates and implements a shared vision and builds buy-in for integration of technology. Campus has technology goals in the campus improvement plan. Campus provides support for the integration of technology in the content areas. Campus uses technology to communicate and collaborate with all stakeholders.
9. Infrastructure Four or less students per Internet-connected multimedia computer Direct connectivity to the Internet available at the campus in at least 75% of the rooms, including the library. Dedicated computer per educator with assigned use of technologies. Broadband access to the campus with most rooms connected to LAN/WAN with access for teachers and students to print/file sharing.
10. How are we classified? The Texas Campus STaR Chart produces a profile of the campus status toward reaching the goals of the Long Range Plan for Technology. The profile indicators are: Early Tech =1 Developing Tech =2 Advanced Tech =3 Target Tech =4 1-4 from lowest to highest

14. What Now? Collaborate in teams every six weeks during an all day staff development, and create student-centered integrated technology driven lessons. Conduct monthly professional developments on integration of technology and use of proven strategies. Write a grant using our data to show a need to purchase current technology, and improve ratio of students to computers.
