The STaR Chart is a survey that helps schools evaluate their progress in meeting technology goals. It assesses four areas: teaching and learning, educator preparation, leadership and infrastructure. Schools receive a classification of early, developing, advanced or target tech. Nikki Rowe High School's results showed developing in all areas. The data can help identify training needs and funding priorities to improve technology use. The school plans to review results, determine strengths and weaknesses, and develop a technology plan to guide students' daily use of tools.
