The School Technology and Readiness (STaR) Chart is an evaluation tool for the Texas Long-Range Plan for Technology. Created due to the accelerating technological change, rapidly accumulating knowledge, increasing global competition and rising workforce capabilities around the world.
 
The STaR Chart will help campuses and districts answer critical questions: What are your campus/district’s current education technology profiles? What evidence can be provided to demonstrate progress? What areas should your campus/district focus on?
