This document provides specifications for a stabiliser (constant voltage transformer) used to protect sensitive instruments. The stabiliser is a ferro magnetic resonance type that maintains an output of 220 VAC ± 2% from an input of 170-270 VAC at 50 Hz. It has a capacity of 1-3 kVA depending on the instruments, is more than 85% efficient, and includes input/output voltage meters.
