THIS GENERATION WILL BE RAISED UPON THE VALUES OF
MODESTY AND FRUGALITY.

A GENERATION WITH A BETTER ECONOMIC THINKING.
SHORT DESCREPTION

 An economic enrichment program that will be a
  part of the curriculum in the elementary and mid
  school.
 This program will be given by university students in
  a scholarship based program in two levels:
 1. The elementary school students learn how to
  manage their allowance and will learn values such
  as modesty, project planning and helping others.
 2. The mid school students will be exposed to higher
  concepts such as the Capital Market, savings, work
  rights etc.
THE PROJECT’S CORE ACTIVITIES INCLUDE:


 Fostering a new generation on the values ​of
  modesty, saving, and helping others
 Development of economic thinking among
  young students
 Prevention and reduction of future economic
  distresses
THIS PROJECT’S MISSION IS CHANGING THE
ECONOMIC THINKING AND BEHAVIOR IN ISRAEL.
EVIDENCE OF THE IMPORTANCE AND SIZE
         OF THE PROBLEM :

 Demonstrations demanding social justice
 According to the Israeli Central Bureau of
  Statistics the average monthly overdraft is
  averaged to 1,656 NIS (About 460$);
 Increase in the number of organizations willing
  to change the economic behavior
SHORT TERM OUTCOMES:
 The children will have an idea on how the economic
  world works.
 They will understand the meaning of saving money

 The children will understand that money doesn’t
  simply “grow up on trees”
 They will understand what is really hiding behind
  the concept of credit cards.
 The children will internalize values such as: settling
  for less and thinking about the future
LONG TERM OUTCOMES:



 Fostering a new generation with economic
  values​​
 correct economic thinking that will lead to
  reduction of overdraft and thus – poverty.



     A change in our economic
           behavior!!!
