Dolomite Crushing and screening plant of 400 ton/hr
Scope of work :
- supply and installation of heavy duty crushing and screening
plant of final productcapacity of 400 ton/hr without the material
passed through the grizzly feeder
- All plant components should be mounted on structural steel
chassis with structural steel supports
- ROM feed up to 1000 mm of dolomite rock
- output products required 400 ton/hr classified as the following:
0 – 3 about 10 %
3 – 12 about 20 %
12 – 22 about 25 %
22 – 40 about 15 %
40 – 80 about 15 %
80 – 120 about 15 %
- the plant is composedof two crushing stages primary and
secondarywith circulating load .
Hopper:
* Construction - Welded steel plate .
- Min. 15 mm thick .
-Complete with external reinforcement.
- Capacity not less than 35 m3
Grizzly Feeder
* Type : Heavy duty vibrating grizzly feeder, smoothvibration,
vibrates calmly, reliable operation and works stably.

each with adjustable eccentric weights to determine
