This document provides an agenda for the 2007 Fourth East Asia NGO Forum. The agenda includes several keynote speeches and panel discussions on topics related to the relationship between non-governmental organizations (NGOs) and governments, emergency medical relief, ethics in international assistance, program monitoring and evaluation, and landmine survivors' assistance.
