Erlinda, a university housekeeper with limited literacy skills, approached her instructor with a wish to learn basic computer skills. The instructor agreed to teach not just Erlinda, but all 125 housekeepers. They developed a curriculum tailored to the students' needs, as many had never used a computer before. Progress was slow, but successes like learning to log in were celebrated. Over four years, the housekeepers' computer skills, confidence, and English abilities grew through the wish program. The program expanded to help empower others through education.

2 The Courage to Learn
Erlinda, a university housekeeper with limited literacy skills, approached her instructor with a wish to learn basic computer skills. The instructor agreed to teach not just Erlinda, but all 125 housekeepers. They developed a curriculum tailored to the students' needs, as many had never used a computer before. Progress was slow, but successes like learning to log in were celebrated. Over four years, the housekeepers' computer skills, confidence, and English abilities grew through the wish program. The program expanded to help empower others through education.

Beauty Of Mathematics

It shows that adding consecutive numbers to 8 or 9 in multiples of that number will always equal 9, 8, 7... or 11, 111, 1111 and so on. It also shows symmetrical patterns when multiplying consecutive numbers by themselves. Finally, it uses the alphabetic numbering system to show that the word "ATTITUDE" adds up to 100%, while "HARDWORK" is 98% and "KNOWLEDGE" is 96%, demonstrating that attitude achieves 100%.
