physical fitness, mental well-being and social interaction.
These include play; recreation; casual, organized or
competitive sport; and indigenous sports or games. Sport
involves rules or customs and sometimes competition.

There are so many sports available in the world nowadays,
but we can categorize them by the numbers of players, the
three main categories are individual sports, dual sport
and team sport.

Individual sports are sports where the participant
competes alone, without the help of teammates or
partners. These sports are usually physically demanding
and require a high level of skill and discipline.

Compared to individual sports, there are not as many dual
sports out there– but dual sports can take several different
forms. Dual sports are played by two people opposing each

working together towards a shared objective. In other
words, team sport is an activity in which a group of
individuals, on the same team, work together to
accomplish an ultimate goal which is usually to win.
