Note: We have found that posts with engaging content (questions/polls) or posts highlighting a benefit to FAIR goers
receive the most interaction and engagement.
Twitter: No more than 140 characters including your Twitter handle and booth number and any hash tags you regularly
use to promote your brand (optional: picture/video/link)
Note: Please remember that pictures/links/videos take up many of the allowed number of characters - we suggest testing
the post with the picture/link/video before sending to our team for approval.

A picture or video that grabs readers attention – something that will stand out from the rest of

Play on words or puns
Clearly state who, what, when and where (don’t forget to promote your booth number)
Highlight a benefit or featured item that you are bringing FAIR goers
Twitter:
Short and sweet: with only 140 characters the more to the point, the better
Contains an eye-catching picture – again, something that will stand out from the newsfeed
Use relevant hash tags – this allows interaction between trending topics and makes searching for a
specific tweet easy

Create the post you would like us to approve and include any additional content: pictures, videos or

you will receive approval and the schedule of the post by [DATE: 1 week after submission].
Make sure to include your name and booth number in your post and any other promotional
information you would like to promote
Please utilize your social media channels to promote your attendance at the event, and tag us when
