Chinanna: Chinanna joinedSERUDSin 2020. His father Peddashekar,who
was addicted to tobacco, died 4 years ago due to Tuberculosis .After his
father’s death,Chinanna’s mother Someshwari started workingmore to
support the familyfinancially.Because of which she could not take care of
her children .Chinannaused to roam around village and work as a cleaner in
an auto to share his mother’s burden.His mother wanted her two children

2. Chinnanna and Suri to studywell and understood that it would not be
possible ifthe children stayin theirvillage, Nannur.So he and his brother
Suri were admitted byhis mother at SERUDS in 2020. He misses his home
very much and frequentlyremembers his father
Eswaramma : Eshwaramma is currentlystudying10th class in Indira Gandhi
memorial municipal corporation high school(IGMMCH).Eashwarmma was
joined here at joy home seruds by her grandfather, Maddileti.She was at a
different hostel in Banaganapalle before she joined seruds family. Her
father Nagalakshmayya used to drink a lot.He used to abuse
eashwaramma’s mother while he was drunk.He met with an accident and
went into coma for 2 months.After her father recovered, Soon her mother
died due to illness. Still to this dayshe misses her mother’s food so much.
Her father cared about her but his drinkingaddiction became worse and
couldn’t take care of her. Her grandfather tookresponsibilityofher. As he is
getting old and does not haveenough energy to take care of her, she was
joined in Seruds Orphanage. She is determined to be educated and have a
good job.Reason behind that is her parents wanted her to be like that.She
said “My parents always wanted me to studywell and havea really good
job.I want to make theirdream come true.” She likes to sing and sings really
well. Recently in 2021 her father also died due to heart attack
Anitha: Anitha parents were dailywage labourers.Father addicted to bad
habits and not giving anymoney for the sake of family. So Anitha mother is
always suffrering moneyfor livelihood.Insteadofsharingthe family
burdons he become angry and began to quarrel always with Anitha mother.
Often it is happeningin the house . Anitha mother fed up with him and
began to live separately.Even after that also he did not realize his mistake
and continue to have his bad habits.So it is so difficult to provide the needs
of her children decided to join her in the Joy Home with the help of her
elder sister Mary she joined Anitha in the joy home

3. Madhavi : Madhavi is currentlystudying9th class in Indira Gandhi memorial
