A 34-year-old female presented with lower back pain for two months. Examination and x-ray revealed spondylolisthesis with gross osteoporosis. She was treated conservatively with medications, epidural steroid injection, and physical therapy. Her pain reduced by 80% by day 6. She was discharged on medications including calcium, vitamin D, and NSAIDs, with counseling on managing her conditions and lifestyle modifications.
