8. DESIGN/DEVELOP eLEARNING PLATFORM
ü Identify/engage resources for template design, graphics and integration of content
into eLearning platform.
ü Develop final content in agreed upon format, i.e. ppt.
ü Develop Knowledge Check/Q&A Assessments.
ü Identify format for each Q&A, i.e. multiple choice, scenario based assessment,
tic-tac-toe.
ü Determine if links will be provided for additional resources, i.e. SPLC, ISM Principles
of Sustainability & Social Responsibility.
ü Test functionality of eLearning platform to ensure there are no technical issues and
all links work.

10. DEVELOP COMMUNICATION ACTION PLAN
ü How will the training be communicated and by whom, i.e. SVP, CPO?
ü Identify recipients.
ü Identify format, i.e. email, newsletter.
ü Draft communication.
ü Disseminate communication for approval and signature.

ü Course engineering and subtitle creation will commence once translation feedback has been
reconciled and translations are approved by reviewers.
ü Final review by global reviewers to ensure all linguistic and functional aspects of the courses
are ready for production.
ü Develop communication plan/approval process for announcing availability of translated
courses on eLearning platform.
