The study investigates the relationship between spirituality and attitudes towards death among 100 senior citizens in Bengaluru, India, using two questionnaires to assess their spiritual experiences and death attitudes. Findings indicate that higher levels of spirituality correlate with lower fear of death, suggesting that spiritual practices serve as coping strategies for death anxiety. The negative correlation between spirituality and the positive dimension of attitudes towards death implies that those with greater spirituality tend to avoid contemplating death, leading to reduced anxiety.
